Shift to Positive Thinking - Part 3 - DE-DOUBT YOUR MIND
Step 2: 'DE-DOUBT' YOUR MIND
Believing is the first step to shift to a positive thinking mindset. But you really really have to remove doubt from your thought process. And there really are changes you will notice when this change has happened. Removing doubt is not an easy step. After all, you have being practicing the act of doubting for so many years. But it is a necessary step. You can only let in all the 'amazingness' the world has to offer if you emit the same type of energy. If you constantly doubt, worry and stress about the outcome, about your life, about the lives of those around you who, then, the universe will give you back exactly what you are thinking about. If you can be strong enough with your mind to remove those negative doubtful, fearful, stressful, worrisome thoughts and replace them with faith, belief and positive thoughts then you will start seeing a shift, you will start seeing the universe opening up and giving you the 'amazingness' you so deserve.
Removing doubt is a 3 part process. The first step is to acknowledge that you want to remove doubt. The second is to start deliberately replacing the negative thoughts with positive. When you catch yourself thinking negatively you deliberately and continuously say/think positive words until that negative thought is gone. And the third part is when thinking positive becomes just a natural thing. Suddenly, one day you realize that your mindset has shifted to positive thinking without having to deliberately force yourself to do so. It really is a wonderful realization.
Let me give you an example of when this happened to me.
Last November 2010 my daughter wanted to drive to Montreal to see her cousin. I was away from home on a trip. She just had a break up and just wanted to get away. She had called me and asked if I minded if she drove to Montreal. Driving on the highways and streets of Montreal is anything but friendly. You have to have a whole lotta chutzpah and experience to get through it in one piece. So I thought about my daughter her first driving experience in Montreal.and the worry and stress that started taking over my mind and body led me to think negatively. I suggested that she drive the car to the bus station and take the bus instead. And that is what she did.
December 2010 my daughter asked me if she could drive to Montreal. Without a thought, without hesitation, I said absolutely. Later when she came back safe and sound, I realized that I had not one negative thought and no doubt at all. I had made the shift to positive thinking without forcing it. What I do know and believe is that I deserve all happiness this universe has to offer. I BELIEVE and I HAVE FAITH and am on my way to DE-DOUBTING my mind!

Shift to Positive Thinking - Part 2 - BELIEVE
As we embark on our journey to shift to positive thinking I trust you are as enthusiastic as I am. Together we will take the steps necessary to change your thinking process. 1, 2, 3 are you ready!
Step 1: BELIEVE
Believe that you deserve to receive all that this universe has to offer. You are no different than anyone else. The universe has enough for everyone to receive. Whether it is wealth , health, love, friends or career success that you are looking for, that you so desire, remember believe that you deserve success.
Shift to believing. Do you have dreams? Start feeling them. Start acting like they are already yours. When you start feeling any doubt at all remember you deserve. It takes just as much effort to doubt as it does to not doubt. How to change this thinking? Instead of letting your mind go to the dark place of negative thinking, deliberately change the process. Say these few words. I deserve the best. I deserve success. I feel success in every inch of my soul. Start saying forward thinking words. I am the best. I am success. I emit success.

The Shift to Positive Thinking - Part 1
Positive thinking is a way a life. It is not rocket science. It does not take endless hours of reading the 'how to'. But what it does take is endless effort and commitment to thinking positively. The shift to positive thinking is the biggest most important decision you will ever make in your life. It will change your life in ways you could not imagine.
Imagine you life, stress free, worry free. Imagine following your dreams. Reaching your goals. Imagine smiling. Just Imagine that you can be the best you have ever been. And guess what? IT IS ABSOLUTELY FREE! It don't cost a thing.
You have a choice to think negative, to think positively or not to think at all.
Thinking negatively is counter productive. Thinking negatively is a disease; like a full blown 4th stage cancer, that spreads like wildfire. It infects every inch of your body, mind and soul. One cell at a time, one organ at time. You feel anxious, tired, mentally and emotionally ill and finally physically depleted. What is the point of this? Why would you continue to think negatively when you know how destructive it is? It is not only destructive, it is self destructive.
Walking through this life merely existing is just so pointless. Stop merely existing, start living! Start feeling joy and happiness and peace. No matter where you are in your life. No matter how much money you have. No matter how many friends you have. No matter how low you feel. You too can start feeling JOY, HOPE, HAPPINESS one thought at a time.
